Refund policy

Dear Valued Customer,

 Thank you for purchasing one of our immersive murder mystery game experience(s). We take pride in the quality and creativity of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

 📦 Return & Exchange Policy

1.     Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible:

o    The game must be unused, with all materials intact and in original condition.

o    The return must include the original packaging, case solution envelope unopened, and all evidence pieces included in the box.

2.     Non-Returnable Items

o    Any game set that has been opened, tampered with, or shows signs of play (e.g., opened sealed evidence, broken seals, missing items) is non-returnable due to the nature of the product.

o    Digital downloads or custom murder mystery kits are non-refundable once delivered.

3.     Return Process

o    To initiate a return, email us at midwestplayhouse314@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

o    Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a mailing address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4.     Refunds

o    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

o    If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

🛑 Postal Service Delays & Issues

Midwest Playhouse is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the postal service. Once a package is scanned and in the possession of USPS or any other courier, it is out of our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.

If you do not receive your package within the expected delivery window, please:

o    Verify your shipping address.

o    Contact your local post office with the tracking number.

o    Then reach out to us for additional support.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your leasing office. You may also file a claim directly with the carrier.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the above criteria.
